ABOUT Fred

Frederic Yue is a Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Technology & Innovation Educator working at ISF in Hong Kong. His role is to improve teachers' and students' technological fluency through consistent coaching and support. He leads innovative projects alongside teachers through the alignment of the ISTE Standards with the pedagogical approaches at the school. He organizes collaboration and communication opportunities for all stakeholders through community-wide events.

Fred holds a Master of IT in Education degree from The University of Hong Kong. He is passionate about enhancing education through purposeful and engaging technology integration, such as design thinking, coding & robotics, digital media creation, VR & AR, etc. He has been working on transforming the culture of innovation through educational technology since the start of his career, including the initiation of a 1 device per student program, ongoing technology integration strategical enhancements, and an individualized technology fluency growth scheme.
